I am sharing how to set up an easy tea bar today.
With Easter right around the corner, my brain is consumed with brunch ideas. I am planning brunch recipes and drinks for the special day and I really want to have a beverage bar.
All of this planning got me thinking………
I need to host a party all about my favorite “cup of joe”.
Tea.
I drink tea every day. It is what I start my morning off with and occasionally I will end the day with a cup of tea. I have not caught the coffee bug yet so tea is my preferred cup of joe.
I really think tea gets overlooked so I was really happy to host a little gathering all about it! Lipton Tea has so many different flavor choices that can easily be customized to whatever you like and I offered many of those flavors to my guests.
Their new black and herbal varieties and improved green teas refresh the tea experience with bold and stimulating flavors, such as Enticing Chai, Pure Green, Orange Passionfruit Jasmine and Peach Mango. The multi-sensory teas refresh standard tea time, creating an exciting and unique tea-drinking experience.
I got to practice setting up a beverage bar at this party and I started this Easy Tea Bar with a DIY project we made for spring.
A tea party is not complete without some fun treats and snacks. To make the party even easier on you, buy the treats! You don’t have to stress about homemade treats all the time. Give yourself a break and buy some of your favorite treats to share with your guests. That way, you can spend all your time talking and catching up with your favorite people.
For a successful Easy Tea Bar, offer different tea flavors and kinds (green, black, herbal) and different add-ins (sugar, honey, Ginger crystals, etc.) so all your guests can experiment and find something they love.
I set up my bar right next to the stove (on the new countertop we just added in our kitchen makeover!!!). This way, my pretty tea kettle is within reach and the water is always hot. It worked out perfectly!
Pretty tea cups are one of my favorite things to hunt for at yard sales and thrift stores. These cups are so pretty and perfect for a tea party!
Having your beverages set up in a central spot leaves your table clear of clutter and makes more room for everyone to spread out and eat, drink and “conversate”.
This gathering was so much fun. It was a great way to come together, relax ,and catch up over my favorite cup of joe!
