It’s November and time to talk about one of my favorite things. Tablescapes! Playing around with different pieces to come up with a tablescape that will make your guests feel special is so much fun. This Thanksgiving tablescape was put together with a burlap table runner, things I already had on hand and some natural elements from our yard. It cost me nothing and I even incorporated one of our latest DIY projects in it. Not only am I sharing my Thanksgiving tablescape decor, but at the end of this post, you will find all the tablescapes from my blogging friends. Get comfy and stay awhile. We have so much to share with you.

Bulap Table Runner & Other Supplies Used For This Thanksgiving Tablescape:
Wood Candlesticks (Ours are homemade.)
Heirloom Pumpkins
Dried Hydrangeas
Just like last year’s Thanksgiving table, I kept this tablescape simple and neutral.
I started the tablecape with a burlap table runner down the center of the table.
Then, I added a square piece of plaid fabric over the burlap table runner in the center of the table.
Next, I added wood candlesticks in the center of the plaid fabric. Matt and I made these from left over posts and table legs we had in the garage. (I will post about how easy these were to make soon.)
Then, I added heirloom pumpkins on each end of the plaid fabric.
I added white plates and salad plates around the table. Each place setting got a white napkin with a thrift store wood napkin ring, a ramekin (for individual desserts) and a gourd that we grew in our yard!!! (We were so excited that a few actually made it!)
I am serving a Fall Flavored Moscow Mule this year (the post with the recipe is scheduled soon) so our beautiful copper mugs get a prime spot on the table.
To give the Thanksgiving tablescape more layers, texture and interest, I added floral fall leaves, faux acorns, burlap ribbon and dried hydrangeas from our yard.
This Thanksgiving tablescape came together easily with things I had on hand. Tablescapes don’t have to cost a lot of money to be beautiful. Shop your home for things to use and head outside for pieces to use as well.
